DOMESTIC BUILDING CONTRACTS ACT 1995 - SECT 48I

Offence to hinder or obstruct assessor

A person must not, without reasonable excuse, hinder or obstruct an assessor exercising any power conferred by this Division.

Penalty:     60 penalty units.
