DOMESTIC BUILDING CONTRACTS ACT 1995 - SECT 52A

Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria consists of—

        (a)     the chief dispute resolution officer appointed under section 52C; and

        (b)     the conciliation officers appointed under section 52E; and

        (c)     the assessors appointed under section 48.
