Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsDespite the repeal of the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances (Amendment) Act 1994 by the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances and Therapeutic Goods (Victoria) Acts (Amendment) Act 2004 , a warrant to which section 19(2) of the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances (Amendment) Act 1994 (including a suspended warrant) applied immediately before that repeal must be taken to have been issued under this Act and may be amended, suspended or cancelled accordingly.
