Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A person who is the holder of an authority must not contravene a minor term or condition to which the authority is subject.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2) A person who is the holder of an authority must not contravene a term, condition, limitation or restriction which is not a minor term or condition.
Penalty: 100 penalty units.
