DRUGS, POISONS AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT 1981 - SECT 80H

A court which finds a person guilty of an offence against section 80B or 80C may order that the cocaine kit to which the offence relates—

        (a)     be forfeited to the Crown; and

        (b)     be destroyed in accordance with the order.
