DEVELOPMENT VICTORIA ACT 2003 - SECT 71

A person connected with Development Victoria must not make improper use of information acquired because of that person's connection with Development Victoria—

        (a)     to gain directly or indirectly any pecuniary advantage for himself or herself or anyone else; or

        (b)     with intent to cause detriment to Development Victoria irrespective of whether detriment was caused.

Penalty:     50 penalty units.
