DEVELOPMENT VICTORIA ACT 2003 - SECT 73

For the purpose of sections 71 and 72, a person is connected with Development Victoria if the person is or has been—

S. 73(a) amended by No. 10/2017 s. 26(1).

        (a)     a director of Development Victoria or a member of its staff; or

S. 73(b) amended by No. 10/2017 s. 26(1).

        (b)     a participant with Development Victoria in a body (corporate or unincorporate), trust, partnership, joint venture, or other joint undertaking; or

S. 73(c) amended by No. 10/2017 s. 26(1).

        (c)     a party to an agreement or arrangement made with Development Victoria.
