ESTATE AGENTS ACT 1980 - SECT 105

    (1)     On the commencement day—

        (a)     the Estate Agents Council established by section 6 as in force immediately before the commencement day is abolished; and

        (b)     any person holding office as a member of the Estate Agents Council immediately before the commencement day ceases to hold office.

    (2)     In this section—

"commencement day" means the day on which Part 5 of the Estate Agents, Residential Tenancies and Other Acts Amendment (Funding) Act 2024 comes into operation.
