Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) This section applies if an estate agent is found guilty of an offence against section 55(1) in relation to the sale of real estate or a business that the estate agent is commissioned by a principal to sell.
(2) The estate agent must not charge commission to, and must repay commission paid by, the principal in respect of the sale of that real estate or business.
