Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf, immediately before the relevant date, proceedings relating to property transferred to a company transferee under an allocation statement under this Part (including arbitration proceedings) to which a municipal council was a party were pending or existing in any court or tribunal, then, on and after that date, the company transferee is substituted for the municipal council as a party to the proceedings and has the same rights in the proceedings as the municipal council had.
