Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Before the relevant date, the allocator must prepare and submit to the Minister and Treasurer a document signed by the allocator listing all the members of Council staff of a municipal council who have accepted an offer of employment made by a distribution company in accordance with an agreement made under section 136(1) and specifying, in respect of each such member of Council staff, the distribution company by which he or she is to be regarded as having been employed by virtue of section 151 with effect from the relevant date or such later date as is specified.
(2) The document may be amended, before or after the relevant date, by instrument signed by the allocator and given to the Minister and Treasurer and the amendment is to be regarded as having effect, or having had effect, from the relevant date.
(3) Nothing in this section prevents a person listed in the document as a member of Council staff from resigning or being dismissed at any time before the relevant date in accordance with the terms and conditions of his or her employment.
