EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACT 2013 - SECT 41

This Division prevails over—

        (a)     sections 33(2) and 93B(1) of the Country Fire Authority Act 1958 ; and

S. 41(b) substituted by No. 20/2019 s. 167.

        (b)     section 55E of the Fire Rescue Victoria Act 1958 ;

        (c)     section 39 of the Victoria State Emergency Service Act 2005 —

to the extent of any inconsistency.
