EQUAL OPPORTUNITY ACT 2010 - SECT 73

A councillor of a municipal council must not, in the performance of his or her public functions, discriminate against—

        (a)     another councillor of that council; or

        (b)     a member of a committee of that council who is not a councillor of that council.
