EVIDENCE (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1958 - SECT 42Y
Hearing not invalid because of failure to comply with technical requirements
A hearing is not invalid merely because of a failure to comply with the
technical requirements specified in section 42G, 42R or 42RB.
