ESSENTIAL SERVICES ACT 1958 - SECT 13

Lock-outs in essential services illegal

Any person or body of persons who or which causes any employés in any essential service to be locked out shall be guilty of an offence against this Act and shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $2000.
