ESSENTIAL SERVICES COMMISSION ACT 2001 - SECT 10D

Sections 8, 14, 15, 16, 29 and 30 and Parts 3, 4, 4A, 4B, 4C, 5, 6, 7B and 7C (other than sections 60, 60A, 60B and 64) do not apply to the functions of the Commission referred to in section 10(k).
