ESSENTIAL SERVICES COMMISSION ACT 2001 - SECT 39O

Production of identification

An inspector must produce their identification card for inspection—

        (a)     before exercising a power under this Part; and

        (b)     at any time during the exercise of a power under this Part, if asked to do so.

Penalty:     10 penalty units.
