ESSENTIAL SERVICES COMMISSION ACT 2001 - SECT 39ZC
Refusal or failure to comply with requirement
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail to comply with a
requirement of an inspector under this Part.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
