ESSENTIAL SERVICES COMMISSION ACT 2001 - SECT 54ZK

A court may vary or discharge—

        (a)     an injunction that it has granted under section 54ZH or 54ZI; or

        (b)     an interim injunction that it has granted under section 54ZJ.
