Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) There must be established in the Public Account as part of the Trust Fund an account to be known as the Essential Services Commission Operating Fund.
(2) Money must not be paid out of the Essential Services Commission Operating Fund except in accordance with this Division.
