Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) If a notifying owner who commences fencing works and any subsidiary works under section 20(1) seeks to recover a contribution from a long-term tenant of the notifying owner's land, the notifying owner may do so by filing a complaint in the Magistrates' Court seeking an order under section 30C.
(2) If a notifying owner commences fencing works and any subsidiary works under section 20(2) and the adjoining owner seeks to recover a contribution from a long-term tenant of the adjoining owner's land, the adjoining owner may do so by filing a complaint in the Magistrates' Court seeking an order under section 30C.
