Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) This section applies if, before the commencement day, an authorised officer has reasonably incurred costs or expenses in carrying out measures specified in a notice under section 85(2).
(2) On and from the commencement day—
(a) any amount unpaid is a debt due and payable to the Secretary; and
(b) section 85(3), as in force immediately before the commencement day, continues to apply in respect of that amount.
