Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsAn applicant for the renewal of an approval under this Part may, if the officers of the applicant are non-prohibited persons, apply to the Committee for a review of a decision of the Chief Commissioner not to renew the approval or for a review of a failure of the Chief Commissioner to make a decision on the application within a reasonable time.
