Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf, on receiving an application for a duplicate licence, permit or authority, the Chief Commissioner is satisfied that the original licence, permit or authority has been lost or destroyed, the Chief Commissioner may issue a duplicate of that licence, permit or authority to the holder.
