Chief Commissioner may refuse to make a decision on an application for a licence
The Chief Commissioner may refuse to make a decision on an application for a
licence under this Part if the applicant does not comply with any requirement
of the Chief Commissioner under this Part in relation to the application
within a reasonable time after the requirement being made.
