Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsA licensed firearms dealer must ensure that a label is fixed to each firearm in the dealers possession which shows a number which is capable of being used to identify the record of any transaction or dealing in the firearm in the register of transactions.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
