FORESTS (BOWATER-SCOTT AGREEMENT) ACT 1986 - SECT 5

    (1)     The Agreement is ratified, validated, approved and given the force of law and takes effect as if its provisions had been expressly enacted in this Act.

    (2)     The Director-General of Conservation, Forests and Lands is empowered to carry out the Agreement or the Agreement as amended from time to time.
