FLORA AND FAUNA GUARANTEE ACT 1988 - SECT 2

Commencement

    (1)     Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 11 and 69 come into operation on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

    (2)     The remaining provisions of this Act come into operation on a day to be proclaimed.
