Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf the taking, trading in, keeping, moving or processing of protected flora is authorised by an Order under section 48A, a person must not take, trade in, keep, move or process that protected flora in contravention of the terms and conditions fixed in that Order.
Penalty: In the case of a natural person, 240 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years or both;
In the case of a body corporate, 1200 penalty units.
