FLORA AND FAUNA GUARANTEE ACT 1988 - SECT 56

A person who holds a licence or permit issued under this Act must comply with the terms and limitations of that licence or permit.

Penalty:     240 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years or both;

    In the case of a body corporate, 1200 penalty units.
