Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsSub-sections (2), (3) and (4) of section 5 of the earlier Act shall, with such modifications as are necessary, apply to and with respect to leases granted under this Act in the same way as they apply to leases granted under section 5 of the earlier Act, and without affecting the generality of the foregoing, in particular with the modification that a reference in sub-section (3) of that section to land "not leased under this section" shall be construed as a reference to land not leased under the said section 5 of the earlier Act or land not leased under this Act.
