Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) An owner or occupier of fortified premises may apply to the Magistrates' Court for an extension of the compliance period if the Chief Commissioner has denied a request for that extension.
(2) An application under subsection (1) may be made before or after the compliance period ends.
