Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsThe Director must give written notice to a fine defaulter whose interest in land is subject to a land charge and any other person recorded in the Register kept under the Transfer of Land Act 1958 as having a registered interest in the land—
(a) that the land is charged under this Part with the amount stated in the notice; or
(b) of the removal of a land charge over the land.
