(1) A fine defaulter, a registered proprietor or an occupier of land to which a land sale order applies must provide reasonable access to that land for the purposes of the sale of the land.

A renter of residential premises or a resident of a rooming house must permit entry under section 86 or 137 of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 if residential premises are to be sold.
(2) For the purposes of facilitating the sale of land to which a land sale order applies, a fine defaulter must provide to the Director any information in relation to the land which—
(a) is known to the fine defaulter; or
(b) may be reasonably obtained by the fine defaulter.
