FINES REFORM ACT 2014 - SECT 10N

An FVS application must—

        (a)     be in writing; and

        (b)     state the grounds on which the application is made; and

        (c)     provide the FVS applicant's address for service; and

        (d)     refer to the infringement fine to which the application relates; and

        (e)     include any other prescribed information.
