FINES REFORM ACT 2014 - SECT 231

Payment plans

    (1)     In section 47(1) of the Infringements Act 2006 —

        (a)     omit "natural";

        (b)     omit "or the Secretary".

    (2)     Section 47(3) of the Infringements Act 2006 is repealed .
