FIRE RESCUE VICTORIA ACT 1958 - SECT 117

An insignia prescribed for the purposes of section 34(1)(pa) is taken for all purposes to be an insignia of Fire Rescue Victoria, on and after the commencing day, until a new insignia is prescribed.
