FIRE RESCUE VICTORIA ACT 1958 - SECT 79Q

The Commission—

        (a)     must hear and determine an appeal under this Act; and

        (b)     may—

              (i)     allow the appeal; or

              (ii)     dismiss the appeal; or

              (iii)     in the case of an appeal under section 79H(a) or (c), dismiss the appeal and vary the decision.
