Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Minister may specify by notice published in the Government Gazette the maximum levy amount payable in respect of leviable land.
(2) The maximum levy amount payable specified by the Minister under subsection (1) may vary based on the land use classification of the leviable land.
