Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) An owner of leviable land may apply to a collection agency for an alteration of the levy records if, following receipt of a notice under section 25, the owner has cause to believe that the records contain incorrect information.
(2) An application under subsection (1) must be in the manner and form specified by the collection agency that sent the notice under section 25.
