FINANCIAL SECTOR REFORM (VICTORIA) ACT 1999 - SECT 33

S. 33(1) amended by No. 53/1999 s. 26(Sch. item 11).

    (1)     VicFIC must cause the financial statements of VicFIC to be audited by the Auditor-General.

    (2)     The Audit Act 1994 applies to an audit under subsection (1) as if it were an audit under Part 3 of that Act.
