FINANCIAL SECTOR REFORM (VICTORIA) ACT 1999 - SECT 39

Transfer of assets and liabilities relating to co-operative housing societies

(1) VicFIC may enter into an agreement with the Registrar connected with the transfer to the State of VicFIC's assets or liabilities relating to co-operative housing societies.

(2) The agreement has effect according to its terms.
