FINANCIAL SECTOR REFORM (VICTORIA) ACT 1999 - SECT 54

    (1)     No stamp duty or other tax is chargeable under any Act in respect of anything effected by or done under this Act.

    (2)     Subsection (1) does not apply to Part 4.
