FAMILY VIOLENCE PROTECTION ACT 2008 - SECT 144KA

An information sharing entity may disclose confidential information to a risk assessment entity for a family violence assessment purpose if the confidential information—

        (a)     is not excluded information; and

        (b)     is permitted to be disclosed under Division 5.
