FAMILY VIOLENCE PROTECTION ACT 2008 - SECT 144QD
Disclosure of confidential information is not breach of Judicial Proceedings Reports Act 1958
Sections 3 and 4 of the Judicial Proceedings Reports Act 1958 do not prevent
a disclosure of confidential information that is made by an
information sharing entity for the purposes of this Part.
