Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The court may make a family violence intervention order or counselling order in relation to a person even though the person has been charged with an offence arising out of the same conduct referred to in the application.
(2) The family violence intervention order may be made at any time before or after the commencement of proceedings for the offence.
