FAMILY VIOLENCE PROTECTION ACT 2008 - SECT 169E

This Part applies in relation to a recognised DVO, a proceeding for a variation, extension or revocation of a recognised DVO or a declaration made by the Magistrates' Court under the National Domestic Violence Order Scheme Act 2016 subject to—

        (a)     any law that applies to publication about the DVO in the issuing jurisdiction; and

        (b)     any order relating to publication of the DVO made by a court of the issuing jurisdiction.
