FAMILY VIOLENCE PROTECTION ACT 2008 - SECT 94

If the court intends to make a family violence intervention order, the court must enquire as to whether the respondent—

        (a)     holds a firearms authority; or

        (b)     is a person in respect of whom a weapons exemption applies; or

        (c)     holds a weapons approval.
