Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Implementation Monitor is subject to the general direction or control of the Minister in respect of the performance or exercise of the Implementation Monitor's functions, powers or duties.
(2) Subject to this Act and other laws of the State, the Implementation Monitor has complete discretion in respect of the content of each Implementation Report.
