GROUNDWATER (BORDER AGREEMENT) ACT 1985 - SECT 11

The Minister shall cause any annual report submitted to the Minister under the Agreement to be laid before the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly before the expiration of the fourteenth sitting day of the Legislative Council or the Legislative Assembly, as the case may be, after the annual report has been received by the Minister.
